PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATION

Our shop inventory is updated real time. Each product page shows if it’s in stock and ready to ship, or if it’s out of stock.

We do not allow reservations for items that are not onhand, or listed as out of stock.

LOCAL ORDERS

MODE OF PAYMENT

At the moment, we only accept payments through bank deposit (BDO) or payment transfers through the BDO Mobile Banking app.

Once your order is confirmed, you have three (3) banking days to complete payment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES (as of June 7, 2016)
For orders within Metro Manila, shipping fee starts at Php75 (L pouch), then Php95 (XL pouch)
For orders outside Metro Manila, shipping fee starts at Php115 (L pouch), then Php185 (XL pouch)

L pouch size is 9″x14″
XL pouch size is 12″x18″

NOTE: The default shipping fee for all orders (Php75 within Metro Manila/Php115 outside Metro Manila) are for L-size pouches.

Shipping fee will be adjusted to rates for the XL-size pouch (Php95 within Metro Manila/Php185 outside Metro Manila) if:
1. Your order includes album (6″x8″ or 4″x6″), because the albums do not fit in the L pouch.

2. If your order does not include an album, but the quantity of the other items do not fit the L pouch.

The largest size pouch from the courier is the XL pouch can fit approximately one (1) 6×8 album, one to four (1-4) Project Life shares, 4-6 packs of pocket page protectors. If you’re only ordering albums, two pieces may fit in one pouch.

Should the quantity of the products you ordered exceed the capacity of one XL pouch, we will use an additional one and your shipping fee will be adjusted accordingly. When applicable, the updated shipping fee must be paid before the order is shipped.

Please note that all orders made from the site are shipped to customers. We do not allow pick-up of orders.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We pack and prepare orders for shipping the night before our scheduled shipping days. Your payment confirmation should be sent by 9PM on Tuesday or Thursday to qualify for pickup the following day. If you’re unable to do so, your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

We ship orders twice a week (Wednesdays* and Fridays), depending on the order we receive payments.

Orders paid between Fri-Tue will be picked up by the courier on Wednesday
Orders paid between Tues-Thu will be picked up by the courier on Friday

An order is considered “Shipped” once it has been picked up by the courier. Please allow 1-2 days delivery for Metro Manila orders, and 3-4 days delivery for provincial/outside Metro Manila orders. There are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.

Please note:
– There is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on the same day your order is shipped.
– We use a third-party courier to deliver all orders, and we are unable to dictate specific delivery times.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We check all our products prior to adding new stocks to our shop inventory, and also before we ship the items to customers. We do our best to pack all orders carefully, but if any of your orders get damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We started accepting and processing international orders as of March 2015. We are still working on an automated checkout via PayPal, so please bear with us until the checkout process for international orders is automated.

ORDER PROCESS

STEP 1: Order Checkout
Upon checkout, the minimum shipping fee (package with total weight of 0-0.5kg) will be reflected on all international orders. This fee will be adjusted accordingly, based on the total weight of the order.

Shipping of international orders is based on weight and destination. We use Express Mail Service (EMS) through Xend, our courier of choice. Shipping Rates via EMS may be found HERE. It starts at Php800 for a maximum package weight of 0.5kg. We will be using EMS to ship all international orders because package tracking is available.

STEP 2: Confirmation of Shipping Fee
After we receive a customer’s order, we will send a separate e-mail with the adjusted shipping fee (if applicable) which is based on order weight and customer location.

Customer must acknowledge the adjusted order total within 24 hours before we send the invoice through PayPal.

STEP 3: Payment via PayPal
Once the invoice is sent, customers are given 48 hours to complete payment for the order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

All international orders will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) through our chosen courier XEND. We chose EMS so a tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping of international orders is based on weight and destination.
We will follow EMS Shipping Rates via Xend. Updated rates may be found HERE, but here are the starting rates for selected countries:

Reminder: Upon checkout, the default amount reflected under Shipping and Handling is the cheapest rate (packages with total weight of 0- 0.5.kg) available for EMS delivery. The fee will be adjusted accordingly, based on the total weight of the order.

All orders will be packed as best as possible, in order to maximize allotted space in the padded envelope or packaging used for each customer’s order.
